First of all, I'd rather not use yung shortcut nila. Ang pangit eh. PDA at PI wahahahah. Okay enough about that.

Personally, feeling ko Pinoy Dream Academy. Not just because it's a kapamilya show, (at obviously doon ako) but it is because of the whole package.

Merong lessons talaga, and the professionalism itself ng judges and mentors. May connection between audience and singer kasi they get to know more about the contestants. Ganito yan, honestly, kahit saang reality shows, I find it boring kapag iniharap mo sa camera ang contestant at pinag salita mo sila about their life , (it is sometimes scripted) unlike you're gonna see them speak talaga 24/7 and be open about how they feel na walang interview-interview.

Plus yung napapansin ko kasi sa Pinoy Idol, pinipili nila yung may mukha. Di ba pwedeng kahit pangit basta magaling, tapos ipaayos na lang ang mukha?  I can almost imagine Bugoy auditioning for Pinoy Idol, tapos rejected despite na sobrang galing nya. (Pasensya sa example--maayos na si Bugoy ngayon =D )

Mas maganda mag bigay ng comments ang judges ng Pinoy Dream Academy. May meaning talaga, tukoy kung ano ang mali at kung ano ang maganda. Hindi katulad ng basta-batsa na lang sasabihin na "magaling ka" or worst "I like your style"--yun lang, di pa sinabi kung its the slering itself. Plus alaga ng Pinoy Dream Academy ang talents. You can always be sure na even if matalo ka there will be mall tours and guestings ahead.

Ang gusto ko sa Pinoy Idol eh yung set nila. Nasisikipan talaga kasi ako sa lugar ng Pinoy Dream Academy. Maaliwalas ang sa kabila. Pati na rin yung name na "idol" kasi sikat naman talaga. At di ka masyadong masisiraan, dahil nga criticizisims are counted less...

THE NAME
When I was in high school, we were taught of the meaning of overture. And since months have passed, (and I am not that passionate on music to remember every details) all I know is that it is the music being played on theaters before the curtain goes up. And according to them, uber is another word for super, over and etc.

All in all, I think its very cool.

THE SET
The set is okay, I guess. It fits the host's character... very "RNB" like. Though I really think that it is smaller than the last one during Mariel's uber episodes.

THE HOST
Billy is funny, he's not that all boring. He's very entertaining, (can dance and sing) he's all in one.

But he's not madaldal when games start. Maybe I just got used to in Mariel's earsplitting noise and unstoppable mouth. Plus, he keeps asking questions during the live show, and the staff answering them when we never get to hear naman. Tapos, hindi nya kilala lahat ng scholars, and he's all for Bugoy (which is unfair, kahit magaling si Bugoy, he's still a host.)

I have been away from the computer for a while, because the connection was cut off when it rained last time.
anyway, naeenjoy ko ang pag-wach ng PDA. (even if they didn't change much of the house and the last season was more grand and special)

Before the lucky wait-listers were announced, I have been noticing Jet. Para kasing nakabusangot ang mukha nya. So nung nasama siya sa wait-listers, I thought it would make him smile, tapos parang galit pa. Nairita tuloy ako, hindi ko binoto.

So I gave my vote to Lambert, kasi magaling din naman syang kumanta. At sa kanilang apat, pinaka humble sya. Napansin ko yun nung hiningan sila ng pahayag, siya lang ang bukodtanging nag sabi na "ibot nyo kami". Pero ang pinaka reason ko talaga, e, he reminds me of my former Filipino teacher. whahahaha.

Jesse McCartney's album "Beautiful Soul"

I love this more than any of his albums.

I cannot say it's very influential, honestly, its just like any other CD. But it means a lot. =)

This is the only thing (non-important) I took with me when a war broke out in our house and we had to move. haha. I had no extra clothes, no books, no cell phone or even my school stuff, just this CD (in my backpack with my cash box whahaha). Because I like it so much. This is actually the very first original CD I bought with my own savings.

And when it wasn't still out on the CD stores, I had my mom calling almost all the branches of Odyssey and all the other music stores just to know if they already have it =)

I woke up early in the morning to prepare for my dental exam and intake interview. It was a long ride, but surprisingly I wasn't late.

The interview was okay, I thought it was some kind of formal thing that I should take really really seriously. But it's not, I actually found it amusing talking to the guidance councelor. I was laughing when she asked me about what I wrote on my folder. The only bad news I got is the new schedule of my dental exam which is on the same day of my first class.

I did a couple of small things that are sure-fire embarrassing and completely stupid. But whatever, I always encounter those a little unusual for me. I’ll get used to them.

My mom and I were on the comfort room when a lady kind of smiled at me, so I smiled back. (apparently, she was the same person my mom chatted to when I was busy for the interview) She told me I look younger than my age, and I am not sure if it’s an insult or what. But I’ll take it as a complement, since she was smiling (not laughing) haha =)

Anyway, since I am now going to college, and it seems a little awkward to bring someone with, it sent me at ease to know that I am not alone when it comes to this situation.

The lady was also with her son, whom she said is "damulag" already to be accompanied. But she also said "iba rin pag nanay ang kasama". I actually saw her son, and he was the one who told us where to pick my ID.

 

My bestfriend called me to tell that I should go to the school to pick our shirt. We planned what we want it to look like before school ended, its like our own uniform as a senior.

I thought I was late =) Because she told me to come around 2:00pm, and I was watching wowowee at the time. And when I got a glimpse of the clock, it was already past 2:30

So I quickly dressed up and ran, I was sweating badly only to find out na wala papala ang magdadala ng damit. haha

I got to see my classmates and my bestfriend. Then Epa (my besfriend's father) gave me a lift on his motorcycle when it was time to go home. haha new experience =) it's my first time to ride that thingy.

Why do you blog?

I blog because I want to share a part of me to everyone else who's interested. (But I still keep a diary) Sometimes, this helps me release my inner anxieties and I get to have others' opinion about what I tell. Blogging also gives me confidence in my self, =) because I can brag all I want, for who cares, right? haha

Show us a collection

I am going to show more than one collection. =D

A bunch of books. I took out the other books because they wouldn't fit the screen.

I collect magazines too, to be specific, K-Zone. But I only have 29 copies, including the very fist issue. I stopped buying them because they increased the price hehe.

I also collect W.I.T.C.H, but they are not as many as these.

I have heap of other stuffs I go crazy for, but I don't have that much time to get and post them for everyone's sake. =) For me, you can only call some things "collection" if they are bought with your own money =)

If you knew you were about to lose your voice permanently, what is the last thing you would want to say?

Hmmmm... I think I'd say: "Hey everybody, I am about to lose my voice... Just want to let you all know" haha. Okay, okay, I must say, it will hardly affect how I live my life now, because if you know me well, you'd realize that I have a little to lose since I don't talk a lot. Besides, I know how to use sign language.

Yes, I would feel really really really bad if that happens to me, and God knows I don't want that to ever happen (please please please, don't take it away from me), but there are a lot of awful stuff I would cry for than losing my voice.

What are some of the best(and worst) things about summer?

Let's start off with the best things: hmmm, no homework, no school, no homework and most especially, no homework. LOL kidding! I guess more time to spend in the house, and of course outings.

The worst things would be hot sun, (I hate to sweat LOL) and less time to see and talk to my friends.
